At My Best Furry Friend a division of BIP Enterprises, LLC we want you to know that your 100% satisfaction is our goal. My Best Furry Friend offers a 90-day return policy no questions asked. Our promise to you is a no hassle satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply return it within 90 days for a full refund, less shipping fees. Your credit card or Paypal account will be cheerfully credited as soon as the item is received by us.

For the quickest response, please email us at bip@mybestfurryfriend.com for instructions on how and where to ship the returned item. We do ask that you pay for return shipping, but we will gladly ship an exchange item to you at our expense.

We ship all packages USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise requested. All blankets are tied in satin ribbon and are beautifully boxed.
